Training starts Monday, January 27th at 5:45pm and will run for 6 weeks. Workouts will be Mondays and Wednesday 6pm-7pm OR Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8pm. (BONUS: as a part of our winter training camps you're now welcome to stay for yoga 7-8pm Monday & Wednesday for free! Come train for an hour and do an hour of restorative yoga after!)

Workouts are every Monday & Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm OR Tuesday & Thursday 7-8pm. Both camps are welcome to participate in our restorative yoga after from 7-8pm on Monday & Wednesday.
