6 Week Ski Training Boot Camp

Ski harder than you ever have, in just 6 weeks.

It's possible with Mountain Strong. Here's how it works:

  • Focused training from professional coaches who know what's best
  • Train hard with and meet more ski partners who get after it just like you
  • Increase your balance, stability, core strength, and leg strength for more laps on the mountain, in-bounds or in the backcountry 
  • Learn how to train specifically for skiing, how to develop explosive leg strength, injury proof your knees, recovery methods, and weightlifting
  • Make every session valuable, don't worry about what you need to be doing, we'll guide you through each workout
  • Workouts are every Tuesday & Wednesday from 7pm to 8:30pm for 6 weeks January 8th - February 13th. 
  • 12 sessions for just $144 ($12/session)
  • No long term commitment, go into ski season ready to have fun and impress your friends!
